FraimeWorks
From stuck to momentum
FraimeWorks helps decision-makers achieve clarity on complex challenges, make crucial decisions, and translate them into action.

The Challenge
When complexity hinders progress
Challenges often cut across professional disciplines, stakeholder interests, and organisational boundaries. They cannot always be solved with more information, further analysis, or another meeting.
FraimeWorks helps to provide a clear overview of the situation, clarify the crucial questions and diverse perspectives, and bring together the people needed to drive the task forward.
We help you to understand the true nature of your situation, create a shared understanding, and transform complexity into clear choices and tangible progress.
When are we relevant
Do you recognise the situation?
FraimeWorks is relevant when an important task cannot be solved simply by working faster or adding more information. Typically, our clients engage us in one of the following five situations:
The direction is unclear
You know something needs to change, but not yet precisely what. There are many perspectives on the problem, and the organisation lacks a shared understanding of what is most important and which outcome to work towards.
The organisation is not aligned
Management has made a decision, but the people who need to implement it do not share the same understanding of the task. There is a lack of common direction, clear accountability, and commitment.
A project has lost momentum
The project is important but is not progressing as expected. Objectives, responsibilities, or priorities have become unclear, and discussions are no longer leading to action.
A new opportunity needs to be qualified
A new idea, technology, or market development could have strategic importance. Before you invest time, money, and organisational energy, the potential, risks, and key choices must be clarified.
A key decision is difficult to make
Several considerations are legitimate, but not all can be accommodated. The consequences are difficult to foresee, and the decision is being postponed, diluted, or sent through another round in the organisation.
Case Studies
Selected cases
Complex problems take many forms. Some involve technical innovation under tight deadlines. Others concern major investments, organisational change, or the need to build a shared understanding of and commitment to a strategy. The common thread in our work is that we help clients gain a clearer view of the situation, bring the right people together, and establish a solid foundation for action.

What our clients say
The result forms the foundation for communicating the strategy. It's a very powerful tool that gets the message across effectively and into the recipient's consciousness.
Our seminar last summer at the Tivoli Hotel REALLY MOVED THE NEEDLE BIG TIME 🙂 🙂 🙂 Progress on all metrics! And not least, the qualitative feedback is very positive!!!
The mock-up was used shortly after to successfully convince our management team that this project should be prioritised. With this sprint, we managed to pass the start gate of the project.
I have experienced that my employees take greater responsibility for their own results, and are more accountable for their own contribution.
As a result, we have carried out new recruitments, and have initiated various internal projects.
We ascended several steps up the ladder and we are much further now with our process and project.
Today we are no longer a bed specialist, but a full room provider for children, and we are much more consumer oriented.
